Why create contemplative rituals around a full moon? For lots of reasons! The moon is our closest celestial neighbor. It reminds us of the vastness of the universe and the connection between all of us, together on this planet. It has long been known that full moon energy can have a deep impact on us, especially those with beautifully sensitive nervous systems. It is often a time of heightened energy, creativity, and emotions. It is a beneficial time to ground our energy and seek clarity about our goals and intentions for the next lunar cycle. This evening offering will include a combination of guided mindfulness, journaling activities, and supportive community building to create a nourishing and reflective evening ritual.
